Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at Bolahiu. Holding multiple accounts — whether under different names, phone numbers, or identity card numbers — will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances placed under review. This is a non-negotiable fundamental requirement.
All transactions on Bolahiu—deposits, bets, and withdrawals—are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit or to a bank account held in the name of the registered account owner. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

Identity Verification (KYC): Bolahiu reserves the right to request identity verification (Know Your Customer) at any time. Required documents may include a copy of a valid MyKad or passport. Accounts that fail to complete the KYC process within the specified period may be restricted from making withdrawals.
